Return&Exchange

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.To be eligible, the item must meet the following conditions:
  • The product is in a brand‑new, unused, and unworn state.
  • No signs of wear, scratches, stains, deformation, or damage that would affect secondary sales.
  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, and certificates must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number, invoice).

2. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit Request

    Contact our customer service to submit your return or exchange request, including your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Review

    We will review your application within 48 hours and notify you of the approval result.

  3. Ship Back the Item

    • If there is no quality issue: The freight shall be paid by you.
    • If the return is due to product quality issues (e.g., defects, damage upon receipt): The freight shall be borne by us.

  4. Inspection & Processing

    After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will complete the refund or exchange as soon as possible.


3. Notes

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
